Monday, September 05, 2011 week 3 of attachment currently new postings to another hospital. this is a totally different environment and i kinda miss the previous place of attachment. just a quick recap about last week, some observations made is that in the prev working place, there seemed to be like a ankle day (meansday full of ankle cases), C-spine day, Lumbar day etc. we actually learnt more rather than in school during attachments. The machine that we use is so much simplified though restricted of much movements. Basically probably it has less stations there, the workflow is so much simplified. While today the first day of attachment at a new place. I feel as if part of a bee worker in a bee hive. Everyone seemed to be buzzing around though not extremely busy. So it is weird that there seemed to be an excess of manpower. Perhaps due to the shift change as well. In this setting, there seemed to be not as much locals working in this field somehow that i realized. The food is so expensive there. Seems that i have been spending so much on food and transportation due to this. its totally new experience in this department. Gotta revise work cause i realised i do not clearly know my work through and through. bleah.
